New Construction: Luxury Apartments Coming to Castle Hills

When you think of Castle Hills in Lewisville, you probably think of a large single-family residential development with an active and helpful HOA. However, in 2016 Castle Hills will add multi-family luxury rental apartments to its roster with the grand opening of Discovery at the Realm.

Developer of Castle Hills, Bright Realty, hopes that with the addition of these luxury apartments, Castle Hills will be able to attract a different demographic to its community – specifically young professionals.

They broke ground on Discovery at the Realm in December and the first units will become available in April 2016. The complex will include three podium-style buildings (with underground parking garages and four stories of apartments above) and its 4,000 units will be one or two-bedroom with views overlooking the beautiful community features including a lake with a waterfall and a promenade which will be home to the leasing office, a fitness center and clubhouse.

And the complex itself is in a great location with its close proximity to the coming-soon urban center, The Realm, which will include 269,500 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space as well as office space, residential units above the shops and a 100-room boutique hotel.

Bright Realty also hopes to attract young professionals with its unique amenities including housekeeping, pet sitting, car services and a full-time concierge as well as a tight-knit community feeling with events for tenants like wine tastings, barbecues, yoga classes and boot camps.

If you’re interested in learning more about this great new community as they release more information, be sure to email us or give us a call today and we’d be happy to keep in touch about all the latest information we receive.

This place is in a great location and offers incredible amenities, so I’m sure units probably won’t last for long once they become available!
