I love the opportunity as a Realtor to attend meetings regarding all of the new construction happening in and around Flower Mound! Yesterday I had the chance to hear from Brian Kramer of Newland Communities who have recently taken over as the developers of Canyon Falls. And he had some awesome updates for us about what the community has in store.

Newland Communities has recently redesigned some of the amenities residents of Canyon Falls will enjoy, including the main amenities center which will host a two-tier pool as well as some community gathering areas. They’re also working up plans to put walking trails through the greenbelt located in the middle of the community, which would also include exercise stations and outdoor learning centers.

The new Argyle Middle School is currently under construction and they’re anticipating it being open in time for the start of school next year. There’s also a site planned for a new elementary school, but that project will begin at a later date.

Within Canyon Falls, there are currently 8 active builders with a 9th coming on board within the next few months. Home buyers can currently choose between 3 product lines: 50′ lots, 60′ lots and 80′ lots. But in just a few months there will also be some 70′ lots available.

Year to date, Canyon Falls has sold 216 homes and 53 people have already moved in and made it their home!

If you would like to find out for yourself what Canyon Falls has to offer, our team would love to take you out there for a tour and to meet with some of the builders. Just give us a call at 972.724.2540.
