It’s obvious that the desire for Lantana is still high because they began clearing land a few weeks ago for a new phase – Barrington Addition, Phase A.
This neighborhood will be located on the north end of Lantana Trail and will connect to Copper Canyon Road.
It’s planned to include 120 lots with a combination of 50-foot and 60-foot lots and is anticipated to be complete late Spring 2016.
The only builder they’ve announced for Barrington so far is Highland Homes with inventory similar to what they have in Bandera and Kendall.
