New Construction: Lakeside Tower Moving Closer to Getting the Green Light

We’ve written a lot about the Lakeside Tower lately – mostly because I desperately want to live there! But also because the idea of a high-rise condominium here in Flower Mound is so exciting.

And I’m thrilled to inform you that since Spring 2015, 44% of the units at Lakeside Tower have been reserved. With the bank willing to fund construction once 50% of the units are reserved, we’re just 6% (two or three units) away from the green light!

These condos will be the perfect option for high-end buyers in our area looking for a low-maintenance housing option with stunning views of Lake Grapevine. Then you can also take into account all of the wonderful amenities that go along with it, to include: shopping, golf, resort-style pool and spa, etc.

If you’re not interested in reserving one of the high-rise units, Lakeside Tower also has 4  Bungalow units, which sit at the base of the tower, and are a great option for buyers who want a more traditional living style with all the amenities the Tower offers.
