New Construction: Argyle Mixed-Use Development Given the Green Light

Flower Mound is not the only town in our area seeing some growth. On Tuesday evening, Argyle’s Town Council unanimously approved the concept for Waterbrook – a mixed-use development on the corner of Hwy 377 and FM 407 which will include a retail center, single-family homes and an amphitheater.

The 105-acre development is planned to have 287 single-family houses plus 191,000 square feet of commercial space for everything from retail stores to offices to restaurants.

The project is headed by Terra Manna Land, and founder Bret Pedigo is aiming for a look and feel very similar to the Shops at Legacy in Plano. They hope to create a modern version of the nostalgic 1950’s town center – a place where Argyle residents can shop and eat without having to head to Flower Mound or Denton.

Just as with our other local mixed-use developments, we’ll keep you posted on all the latest and greatest on the status of this project. So, be sure to subscribe to our blog over on the right so you’ll be the first to hear about all the latest news!
