New Construction: Groundbreaking for Lakeside Tower

Tuesday was an exciting day for the Lakeside DFW development as Realty Capital Management broke ground on the Lakeside Tower – the 15-story luxury condominium hi-rise that will offer residents breathtaking views of Lake Grapevine.

Lakeside Tower will have 48 units upon its completion, and will offer its residents a lobby with a warm Tuscan feel and floor-to-ceiling windows, four bungalows, and a 4,576-square-foot spa and salon that will also be open to the public.

Other amenities of the Tower include a 24/7 concierge, valet parking, a resort-style pool, private dining area, chef kitchen, movie room, bocce ball areas, and a putting green.

Units in Lakeside Tower start at $675,000 and increase in price dependent upon the square footage and which story the unit is on. Units will range in size from 1,100-5,000 square feet.

Realty Capital Management expects that the tower will be complete within 16-18 months, but we suggest you reserve your spot as soon as possible if this kind of lifestyle appeals to you!

The Tower has already received a wealth of interest from Flower Mound residents as well as residents of nearby cities like Southlake and Colleyville who are looking to downsize from their single-story homes.

We’re big fans of the Lakeside DFW development with its wonderful restaurants like Carvao Brazailian Steakhouse, Paradise Bistro and Epic Gelato; as well as some of its other businesses like Briesly’s Boutique, Bloom-A-Round, and the Urban Vybe fitness studio. And this could all be right in your backyard at the Lakeside Tower.
