New Construction: New Projects Coming to Flower Mound

Last week we had the chance to attend a Town Economic Development meeting where we heard Town Planner, Chuck Russell, discuss all the active new construction projects in Flower Mound. We were amazed at how Flower Mound is projected to continue to grow! And today we wanted to share a list of some of the upcoming projects that have been approved but are yet to really get started.

As we get more information about each of these individual projects, we’ll be sure to update the blog with all of that info for you!

Southgate: A mixed-use development off FM 2499 and Gerault Rd. Will include single-family, commercial and mixed-use spaces.

Hilliard: South Flower Mound. Will be a Toll Brothers development.

Magnolia Park: Located on North side of Quail Run in West Flower Mound. Next to Liberty Elmentary.

Liberty Park: Located on the corner of FM 3040 and Quail Run in West Flower Mound. Site of historic Long Prairie Cabin.

Bradford Park: North Flower Mound at intersection of Rippy and Waketon Roads. Just received Town Council approval in early September.

Hillside: Cluster Development in the Cross Timbers Conservation Development District (CTCDD).

Serenity: Located in West Flower Mound at the end of High Rd.

Conservatory Estates: West Flower Mound, east of Tour 18. Multi-million dollar residential development.

The Lakes: Cluster Development in the CTCDD. Known as the Cummings Tract.

Trailwood Terrace: 125-acre housing development off FM 1171 near Canyon Falls.
