With almost 25 years in the real estate business, I’ve learned how to help my clients feel as comfortable as possible through the process of buying and/or selling a home and have gained invaluable knowledge over the years that I’m able to share with those I work with.

In 2016 I opened my own brokerage – Jay Marks Real Estate – where we pride ourselves on clear and effective communication with our clients in a timely manner. Because of this, we’re able to build lifetime client relationships while obtaining referrals along the way.

With my wealth of experience and knowledge of market trends both nationally and in the local Dallas/Fort Worth market, I specialize in selling homes within 3% of asking price and in half the average time of local market trends.

I work with clients from all walks of life – from first time home buyers to large families to retirees. And I work with them to find the best solution for their current life situation and real estate needs. I love setting up consultations with prospective clients where we discuss your short-term and long-term real estate goals, and how I can help you achieve those goals.
